Job description
The role:
- Ability to coordinate complex infrastructure projects
- Understanding of PMO frameworks
- Definition, implementation and embedment of the right level of governance to ensure projects are delivered successfully
- Facilitation of discussions with stakeholders to clearly define scope and deliverables
- Build positive relationships with internal and external project team members such as Architects, Engineers and other Project Managers
- Management of scope, time and quality, taking stakeholders on the journey and facilitating informed decision making.
- Development and upkeep of project and task plans, ensuring each project team member understands what is required from them and when.
- Assisting with creation of project and programme reporting
- Data analysis and quality checking
You will need:
- Passion for project management / PMO and the ability to energise teams
- Professional project management / PMO qualification
- Understanding and experience within PMO practices
- Understanding of ITIL framework (inc. Change Management)
- Proven track record building trust with senior stakeholders
- Technical experience within Infrastructure is desirable
- Experience using Microsoft Teams (and ideally Microsoft Planner for task tracking)
- Prior experience in M&A projects is advantageous

Contract length: 6 months
Salary: £450.00-£600.00 per day
