Business Analyst - Power BI - Fully Remote - Inside IR35

We are seeking a talented and analytical Business Analyst with expertise in Power BI. The Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards, and provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and understand business requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements and business growth.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis as requested by stakeholders to address specific business questions or challenges.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity, security, and performance of Power BI solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on Power BI or other similar tools.
• Strong expertise in designing and developing interactive reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI.
• Proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from various data sources.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience in writing complex queries to retrieve and manipulate data.
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and ability to design efficient data models for analysis.
• Experience working in an Agile environment
