Fastview360 Ltd are an exciting fast-growing company based in Nantwich who have developed an industry leading commercial vehicle CCTV and incident management system. We already have a good customer base and are winning new customers because of our innovative system and strong focus on customer service.
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our technical support team.
The role will involve providing desk based remote support to our field engineers helping diagnose issues with vehicle CCTV cameras, GPS trackers, 4G Modems and also liaising with customers who require assistance downloading video evidence.
The candidate will need to follow set procedures to build, configure and commission equipment. Attention to detail is very important as is maintaining our strong belief in providing excellent customer service.
Good communication, problem solving and logical thinking are ideal skills to have, along with a keen willingness to learn; team contribution is essential.
Hands on training will be provided for the role, but any experience of working with vehicle or site CCTV, GPS trackers, 4G Modems, networks and VPNs would be beneficial.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Providing desk based remote support to our field engineers, assisting with activating SIMS and checking cameras are online.
- Remotely, configure and commission equipment using the software we have developed.
- Manage and maintain customer service requests.
- Following all processes with a keen attention to detail.
- Helping gather video incident evidence
- Any other relevant tasks

Location: Our primary office is located just outside of Nantwich.
Hours: 40 hours with on call standby and overtime available.
