Job Description:
The Support Engineer will be responsible for assisting in the resolution of customer issues. The Support Engineer will be responsible for resolving technical issues with the company’s computer systems, hardware, software, networking, and other equipment. The Support Engineer will also assist in the development of new solutions to improve the quality of customer services. This person will work closely with other team members to resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
·At least 1 year of experience in technical support or related field. Computer knowledge is preferred but not required. (This could be achieved through attending training or taking online courses). A degree in computer science, network administration, or related field is also preferred but not required.
·Proven track record of excellent customer service skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Ability to work effectively as part of a team is also preferred.

Salary: £19,356.82-£45,000.00 per year
