Position Summary
Provides high level of service to Levare customers through the regular and attentive monitoring and control of customer’s producing wells. Uses technical training and experience to model improved well performance and make operational recommendations.
Job Functions/Duties
· Learns and understands client field production goals and strategies.
· Monitor applicable wells via remote monitoring software (or client’s monitoring system).
· Identify, diagnose and communicate events to both client and internal Levare organizations
· Gather production data in order to model the well’s performance and develop and provide recommendations to the clients for potential well optimization.
· Provide daily or weekly well monitoring reports and well modeling reports.
· Technical support for sales, business development and customer service teams. Communicates regularly and frequently with sales team and management to provide feedback on well problems on strategic accounts
· Responsible for providing support to Field Service and Sales teams in monitoring, optimization and troubleshooting of wells in operation.
· Track, trend and demonstrate value of surveillance.
· Responsible for learning ESP downhole and surface equipment and Best Applications Engineering Practices.
· Support other Applications Engineers in reviewing designs and applications.
· Participate in the development of a U.S. oilfield database.
· Participate in the development of new instructions, procedures and workflows.
· Personally observe safety and security procedures and the proper use of equipment and material. Actively promote safety processes and report any safety issues to proper channels for action.
· Responsible for complying with any other verbal or written assignments from Supervisor.
Qualifications/Education Requirements
· Advanced computer skills with knowledge of MS Office and/or company specific databases.
· Good oral and written communication and analytical skills.
· Work well with stringent deadlines and possess good organizational skills.
· Knowledge of and experience in the well servicing or related oil and gas environment.
· Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field required or equivalent years of directly related experience.
· 1-3 years of Surveillance Engineering experience required.

Continuously required to move about the facility
Must be available to work a rotating schedule, 12-hour shifts, 4 days on and 4 days off, to include day and night shifts.
Occasional exposure to shop and field elements such as noise, dust, odors and temperature variations
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye and hearing protection, hard hat and safety shoes while in shop environment or on job site.
This is a safety sensitive position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,825.00 - $98,738.00 per year
