Our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams partner with our industry portfolio and sales teams to drive the transformation of DXC in the marketplace, elevate DXC’s position and penetration in industries that it serves, develop new and deeper client relationships, originate and capture client opportunities, and bring the best of DXC.
Our GTM Industry Leaders play a critical role in our growth strategy and are responsible for business expansion within their industry portfolio of existing and target clients. This includes establishment of DXC and Consulting lighthouse clients, reputation, and collaboration partners. GTM Industry Leaders are responsible for revenue and profit targets, providing key inputs into future practice planning, and playing a key role in advancing DXC and Consulting’s business growth and transformation.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
Accountable for Consulting growth success in the Media & Entertainment industry
Develop and execute market strategies and plans to develop profitable business
Drive success and collaboration with DXC internal channels and offerings groups, building trust and credibility at all levels
Provide thought leadership and advise DXC account teams, partners, and clients on industry perspectives and DXC capabilities
Develop, optimize, and manage opportunity pipeline through entire lifecycle
Identify opportunity leads through established and emerging networks
Develop and articulate compelling proposal strategies, win themes, and value propositions
Shape, pursue, close, and oversee fulfillment of Consulting and cross-offering opportunities
Understand client environment and forge relationships at executive and operational levels to influence decisions and direction
Provide point of view on demand signals and operational improvements to enable future growth
Represent DXC capabilities, business outcomes, and culture at external and internal events
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, MBA preferred
Strong pedigree in similar roles and responsibilities
Six or more years of demonstrated experience and strong track record in:
Managing book of business to key performance indicators
Driving profitable growth in existing and new clients
Consultative and relationship-based business development and delivery
Cultivating sustained relationships at multiple levels in complex business and technical environments
Collaborative and holistic solutioning, selling, and delivery of technology services
Leading thought provoking and influential conversations and presentations
Six or more years of relevant consulting experience preferred
Demonstrated thought leadership and informed points of view in the Media & Entertainment industry
Takes personal ownership and accountability for practice and client success
Ability to manage ambiguity, complexity, competing priorities, and personal time with decisive actions in an agile, demanding environment
Strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work remotely and travel as needed

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the DXC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DXC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a vacation policy and region-specific benefits.
At DXC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 152,000.00 - 282,400.00 USD Annual.
Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $152,000 - $282,400.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
