Industrial Designer
Job Purpose
Your role as an industrial designer will be to bring your creative vision to the design, development, and commercialization of sustainable polymer-based technologies. You will work within a multidisciplinary technical team, bringing your design expertise and skills to help bring the company's ideas to life. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to bring these technologies to market and make a positive impact on the planet.

Core responsibilities;
- Contribute to the design and development of sustainable polymer-based technologies from initial concepts to finished products.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to bring new technologies to market and support the commercialization of existing products.
- Partner with licensing partners across various industries and geographies to support technology transfer and product launch processes.
- Communicate design concepts and results to stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Adhere to the company's commitment to sustainability and environmental principles.

You have a deep understanding of the issues affecting our planet, and you are committed to using design to bring visibility and attention to these important issues.
You work well in a team environment and have the ability to collaborate with a diverse group of colleagues and partners. You are flexible and mentally agile, and you bring an entrepreneurial spirit to your work. You are comfortable working on both big-picture concepts and hands-on prototyping.
Industrial Designer
Required Skills:
- Strong design skills, with a relevant background in industrial design or a related field.
- Proficiency in creating 3D CAD models in SolidWorks.
- Experience in bringing designs from concept to finished product.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to a variety of audiences.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work and a willingness to continuously learn and grow.
