The EMEA region for InfluxData is growing rapidly and due to the volume of in-bound demand we are seeing, it is now time for us to add a new Inbound SDR to our sales team based in either London or Harrogate.

You'll be working closely with our account executives to reach out to and qualify inbound leads and set meetings. The prospects you will engage with range from developers who download our open source database or sign up to our cloud data platform available on Azure, Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform, as well as other prospects who show interest in various content resources such as whitepapers, virtual events and webinars.

What you'll be doing:

  • Research, contact and qualify incoming leads for the Sales Team
  • Achieve monthly quotas of meetings scheduled & meetings converted to opportunities
  • Achieve weekly quotas of new leads touched using an awesome tool stack including of SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Lusha and Outreach.io
  • Leverage a combination of calls, email and social connects with prospects to qualify initial interest and arrange meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain a solid understanding of our software solutions, competitors and industry trends
  • Track all activities in Salesforce
  • Create strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders

What we're looking for:

  • Degree-level graduate with 6 months+ experience as an SDR/BDR within SaaS/IT/Software
  • We will also consider candidates without software sales experience from Recruitment, Estate Agency and any other sales oriented field that have a strong interest in transitioning to software sales.
  • Be hungry, committed, inquisitive, a natural relationship builder, and able to work independently.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, able to talk to and connect with all levels at an organization
  • Quick learner who loves to learn, able to take initiative, excellent at problem solving
  • A drive to hit targets and use creative proactive approaches
  • An aptitude and curiosity to understand our technology and business
  • Entrepreneurial drive backed with resilience
  • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail

InfluxData takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into two zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The offered starting salary will be determined based on the candidate's job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Ranges are evaluated on a periodic basis and are subject to change at the Company's discretion.
