£24,538.52 per annum pro rata (actual salary £14,922.07)
22.5 hours per week

About the role
As Administration Officer, you’ll be a friendly first port of call for Sheffield Museums’ Friends and Friends Circle members. You’ll administer membership renewals, applications, correspondence, and events, and you’ll also work alongside colleagues to provide administrative support and coordination for the annual fundraising dinner. You’ll provide some administrative support for Directors and the Board including setting up meetings and recording minutes.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- demonstrable experience of administration in a customer-facing environment
- experience of managing and handling data
- experience of taking accurate minutes in stakeholder meetings
- the ability to work flexibly, including occasional evening work
