Specialist People Operations
We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our People Services team. If you have a strong curiosity about operations, wish to be part of our team & can make a difference, have a closer look at this job opening!
Every day, People Operations Specialist drives administrative activities related to the employee lifecycle and provides first line communication to employees in a customer focused manner. This role also implies a close collaboration with collaborators within the department to recommend solutions around continuous process improvement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks within HR;
- Build employment contracts, letters and memos;
- Update HR system (Workday) with payroll mutations;
- Track & report illness/absenteeism;
- Coordinate and complete personnel administration for dedicated accounts.
- Give information and communication to employees and managers concerning HR related questions;
- Maintain personnel/confidential files for employees;
- Support with Visa applications;
- Align with external parties, such as our insurance providers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR administration;
- Knowledge of the labor law (the Netherlands) is desirable;
- Proven understanding of HR database systems, preferably Workday;
- Excellent English written and spoken skills
- Ability to work optimally as an individual and as a team member;
- Customer focused attitude
- Experience in a fast-paced international environment;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail;
- Confidential in taking care of critical matters;
- Proactive and able to prioritize work under stress;
