INBOUND PLANNER -FULL TIME, WASHINGTON

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Inbound Planner. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Individual to join our supply chain team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods from suppliers to our warehouse. This role requires a highly organised and proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities, work well under pressure, and maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
What you'll be doing:
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute inbound logistics plans to meet the needs of the business
- Communicate with suppliers to coordinate delivery schedules and ensure on-time delivery
- Analyse delivery performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage supplier relationships and resolve any delivery-related issues
- Work closely with the buying and warehouse teams to ensure seamless integration of the inbound process
- Participate in the continuous improvement of inbound logistics processes and procedures
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on inbound deliveries and performance metrics
What you'll be able to demonstrate:
Skills and experience
- Experience in a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems
- Experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be advantageous
