THE GIG
Part of the EMEA Inbound Team, the EMEA Inbound Logistics Coordinator tracks and traces inbound shipments and coordinates intake for both our UK and Netherlands distribution centres (DCs) with Freight Forwarders. The role supports regional Operations as well as the Global SC team with stock in-transit visibility and is based in Camden, London.
Occasional travel to the UK DC and potentially the NL DC.
As our EMEA Inbound Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Approving ocean freight bookings, tracking shipments from the factories to the DCs, ensuring accuracy of intake details within internal systems and investigating discrepancies
- Coordinating delivery schedule with DCs, Freight Forwarders and Customs Brokers
- Maintaining the samples and airfreight tracker, reporting any delays to the Supply & Demand team
- Collaborating with planning and sales teams

THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART
Put simply, for this role the key things we’re looking for are:
- Strong Excel skills – comfortable using excel formulas, VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, graphs, and charts, to manipulate and present data in logical groupings and sequences.
- Good analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience in Shipping or Logistics role or within a distribution centre desirable but not essential
- Proven ability to improve business processes
- A team player, able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
