Description
You’ll help deliver Red Bull’s ambitious growth plans by supporting the Shopper Marketing team; your primary focus being in-store, Customer facing point of sale, putting Red Bull at maximum danger of being sold for, and with, our UK retail partners & channels.
The Shopper Marketing apprentice will provide vital support to Point of Sale manager and Shopper Marketing team as we as complete our mission: ‘To put Red Bull at maximum danger of being sold’ and ensure we always look Awesome in Outlet. Which means creating point of sale that highlights our distinctive assets and creates the bridge between our mental and physical availability. During the programme you’ll work to support on our key initiatives and brand plans in 2023-24, whilst also gaining knowledge of the sales, category, and insight functions.
POINT OF SALE & INSTORE
Manging core and bespoke Point of Sale & PMU (pre-merchandised unit) process with the Point of Sale manager.
Developing solutions for retail that align to the Red Bull brand plans and initiatives.
Point of Sale production management and stock allocation with our distribution partners.
Being involved in the whole process including objectives, budget and timescales, through to the measurement of how effective the campaign has been.
CUSTOMER & STAKEHOLDER RELATIONSHIPS
Establish effective joint working relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally, including regular cross function meetings with other teams.
Attend Customer meetings, briefings and relationship building opportunities.
Entry requirements
A minimum of C grade in both English and Maths GCSE
Strong skills with PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Creative, time management, prioritisation, organisation, adaptability, relationship building
A strong interest in Customers and how they shop across the retail sphere
A passion for delivering marketing leading presence in store
Able to form and implement strategies, to maximise time and effectiveness
Ability to forge strong relationships
Ability to work well independently and part of a team
Entrepreneurial mindset, able to take a different approach to win
Strong verbal and written communicator
Training to be provided
You will undertake the ground breaking Apprentify Advertising and Media Executive Level 3 apprenticeship.

You will also complete your IPA Foundation Certificate from The Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA). During this qualification, you will gain an essential overview of all areas of advertising, understand consumers, their motivations and how to influence purchasing decisions through the science of choice, learn how to write strategies that sell, the roles of different media and how to use data and how to measure the success of your work.
In addition to all of the above, all of our applicants will go through our Assessment Centre. This exclusive session is designed to identify your digital strengths and weaknesses to help us match you with the perfect employer and the perfect role to start your career in the best way!
