Bromley, Lewisham & Greenwich Mind is a highly regarded local charity, helping people to be mentally healthy and working together with those experiencing mental health problems and dementia to improve their quality of life. With an annual turnover of £5M, over 150 staff and 200 volunteers, we are one of the largest charities in the Mind network.

The Suicide Bereavement Service is a collaboration between three local Minds in the area and South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, operating across the six Boroughs of South East London supporting both adults and young people.

We have an exciting role for an experienced administrator to assist the delivery of essential support to people bereaved by suicide in South East London. You will provide varied administrative support to the team, including taking referral information, collecting feedback and managing bookings. This role involves direct contact with service users over the phone.

The successful candidate will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail. You will have a calm and caring manner when dealing with service users who may be in distress. You will need to be proficient with Microsoft Office applications and enjoy working as part of a team. You will work closely with colleagues in Lambeth and Southwark Mind, Mind in Bexley and South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, including attending regular team meetings. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in a supportive team who care deeply about the work they do.
