In-house Legal Counsel - Uxbridge - full-time - salary negotiable

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an in-house Legal Counsel to join our team in Uxbridge. As an In-house Legal Counsel you would be tasked with providing assistance for the timely and effective management of the Legal Affairs of the Company.
This role will require you to:
- Provide accurate, effective, and timely legal advice on Commercial Contracts, Landlord and Tenant and Employment matters
- Become a trusted business advisor to Directors and members of the Senior team
- Prepare, review and negotiate a range of commercial contracts and agreements
- Work with internal stakeholders in the UK and Ireland on a range of commercial legal matters
- Ascertain legal risks to the business and develop strategies to minimise them
- Approach transactions with a clear focus on commercial risk assessment
- Provide an oversight on the legal affairs of the company in the UK and Ireland
- Provide clear and legal analysis of issues and new legislation
- Instruct external legal advisors and counsel
