The Role

In-house Legal Counsel - Uxbridge - full-time - salary negotiable

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an in-house Legal Counsel to join our team in Uxbridge. As an In-house Legal Counsel you would be tasked with providing assistance for the timely and effective management of the Legal Affairs of the Company.

This role will require you to:

  • Provide accurate, effective, and timely legal advice on Commercial Contracts, Landlord and Tenant and Employment matters
  • Become a trusted business advisor to Directors and members of the Senior team
  • Prepare, review and negotiate a range of commercial contracts and agreements
  • Work with internal stakeholders in the UK and Ireland on a range of commercial legal matters
  • Ascertain legal risks to the business and develop strategies to minimise them
  • Approach transactions with a clear focus on commercial risk assessment
  • Provide an oversight on the legal affairs of the company in the UK and Ireland
  • Provide clear and legal analysis of issues and new legislation
  • Instruct external legal advisors and counsel

The ability to refresh your legal knowledge when needed
Strong presentation and communication skills

Applicants must be qualified to practise as a Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive in England and Wales.
