What you’ll be doing,
 Manage the full lifecycle of MOOT Tech “E-commerce As A Service” implementation projects with new clients
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure implementation expectations are set accurately 
- Work with the development team to ensure the tech roadmap is being tested/executed as per deadlines 
- Collaborate work with our other teams across customer service, warehouse, performance marketing etc 
- Lead requirements gathering discussions with customers 
- Configure and test customer implementations 
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project plan, progress, challenges and deadlines 
- Assist with any client training during any go-live projects 
- Gather client feedback and translate it into workable options through roadmaps 
- Develop strong relationships with your clients 
- Manage several customers and projects at once 
What you’ll bring to the role,
 SaaS project management experience or in a SaaS Customer Success role
- Project management experience 
- Presenting skills 
- Ability to manage several projects at once 
- Ability and desire to work in high energy and rapidly evolving B2B Technology company 
- Proactivity and being a self-starter is a must 
- Ability to change direction quickly, change roadmaps quickly and test effectively
