Job description
Leeds Property Group is looking to recruit either a freelance/part-time or full-time architectural illustrator to assist with the development of rental housing in the Burley/Headingley area. This role is suitable for a third-year architecture student, or a recent graduate who is looking for a role outside of PEDR requirements. A student who enjoys Tech classes and vector-based drawing will excel in this role.
Role would include:-
● Measuring and drawing existing properties
● Create drawing sets for planning applications
● Creating drawings to respond to site queries and assist with work on-site
● Potential for further involvement in graphic design of company materials such as marketing/handbooks etc

Programmes experienced in using
Skills required:
● Technical drawing (plans, elevations, sections, etc.)
● Adobe Illustrator or AutoCAD basic proficiency
Skills desirable:
● Photoshop, InDesign and 3D modelling software
● Knowledge of Design and Access Statements
● Consistent B or higher grades in Architectural Technology.
Brief examples of previous work of this manner or references would also be advantageous.
