We proudly provide and manage a wide range of housing throughout Scotland that enhances our residents’ quality of life.

The core focus of the Systems and Equipment Administrator is to ensure that our customers have access to the systems, services and files required to support them to do their best work. Providing a high-quality experience for Service Desk customers, you’ll also be driven to work collaboratively with our external partners including contractors and suppliers.

  • Be a first point of contact for systems and hardware support and action or escalate as appropriate.
  • Support the patching and maintenance of our Infrastructure, Security and Network Appliances to maintain Cyber Essentials Plus.
  • Assist in route cause analysis during any incident and provide support to resolve underlying problems with input from the wider ICT Team.
  • Work with the wider ICT team to provide basic-level customer training and coaching as well as maintaining the ICT knowledge base in line with ITIL Frameworks.
