We are looking for a Customer Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries in a timely manner, and resolving customer issues.
The ideal candidate needs to be a people-person and a relationship builder, dynamic and not afraid to pick up the phone. You will be generating conversations and will need to be able to stay motivated.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services.
You will be:
- A friendly individual who is a collaborative team player and offers a flexible, mature and self-organised approach, with the ability to use initiative.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, coupled with the interpersonal skills to influence and persuade both internally and externally.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
