Lead Business Analyst - London Markets Insurance
Are you an experienced Lead Business Analyst looking for your next challenge in London Market Insurance? We are seeking an ambitious and talented individual to join our leading Insurance client as a Lead Business Analyst.
As the successful candidate, you will have a proven track record of working in the London Markets Insurance industry, with experience in leading and delivering complex projects as part of a Change team. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to develop innovative solutions to complex business problems, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of business analysis workstreams within a complex change programme
- Work with key stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate these into detailed functional specifications
- Analyse and document complex business processes, identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, providing guidance and support where necessary
- Provide strategic advice and guidance to stakeholders on business analysis best practice, ensuring the successful delivery of change initiatives
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and meet business requirements
Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in the London Markets Insurance industry
- Proven track record of leading and delivering complex change initiatives as part of a Change team
- Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to analyse and document complex business processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex business problems
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team
