Please Note: Due to the nature of client work you will be undertaking, you will need to be willing to go through a Security Clearance process as part of this , which requires 5+ years UK address history at the point of application.

In our team you will learn:
- To work with and manage client challenges and opportunities in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
- The management of complex customer identity(CIAM) deliveries from conception to sign off
- Enhance your existing skill sets to refine your identity and access management knowledge and define ground breaking technologies
As a Security Consultant, you will:
- Support complex CIAM deliveries – Okta/ForgeRock/PingSimilar across consumer groups
- Support the practice in various new initiatives across the firm
- Be client facing to interact closely with the client to help resolve client challenges
- Have a deep knowledge of at least one CIAM product
The following skills and experience are essential for this role:
- Understanding of the customer identity and access management (CIAM) suite and the best practices, with experience of having a CIAM solution implemented
- Have work experience in leading vendors e.g. Okta/ForgeRock/Ping and its components and have built custom Connectors to integrate with other applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to technical and nontechnical audiences at various hierarchical levels
- Possess strong organisational skills to facilitate management and tracking of large numbers of incidents, events, and efforts
- Have lead teams and projects to achieve desired outcomes timely
- Have developed and maintained operational documents, customer identity and access management, user training, disaster recovery plan etc.
Desirable skills:
- Certification in at least one Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) product
- Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC, 27001, COBIT, and NIST, including 800-53 and the Cybersecurity Framework
- Experience on PowerBI, Active Directory
- Onboarding cloud accounts to an IAM solution
- People management
