As a Hiro Miyoshi human resource manager, your job will be to plan, organise and direct the personnel, training and industrial relations policies of the organisation, advise on resource allocation and utilisation problems, measure the effectiveness of an organisation's systems, methods and procedures and advise on, plan and implement procedures to improve utilisation of labour, equipment and materials.
Tasks required by this job include:
· determine staffing needs;
· oversee the preparation of job descriptions, drafts advertisements and interviews candidates;
· oversee the monitoring of employee performance and career development needs;
· provide or arranges for provision of training courses;
· undertake industrial relations negotiations with employees' representatives or trades unions;
· develop and administer salary, health and safety and promotion policies;
· examine and report on company and departmental structures, chains of command, information flows, etc. and evaluates efficiency of existing operations;
· consider alternative work procedures to improve productivity;
· stay abreast of relevant legislation, consider its impact on the organisation's HR strategy and recommend appropriate action.

Required experience:
Three to five years experience in a general HR role.
You need to hold either a higher national diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
