Job description
This growing consultancy and advisory firm is looking to hire a Head of Operations. You will take responsibility for corporate, business development and administration teams and grow them as required.
The company is currently 60 strong and is looking to grow substantially over the next 2 to 3 years. You will therefore define and implement a strategy and processes that will allow the company to scale effectively and efficiently. There is significant growth potential for this role and will offer a path to the senior leadership team.
This role could suit an individual earlier in their career who is driven and keen to build on experience they have already gained within the market. I would definitely consider candidates who want to step up in to this role, as long as they were able to demonstrate the right level of intelligence, ambition and ability.
The successful individual will have:
· A strong academic profile.
· At least 5 years commercial experience in a lead operational role where they have been successful in improving company processes, defining growth strategy and effecting positive change across an organisation.
· Excellent client facing skills. This company works on a multi-million pound, multi-year transformational programmes and you will be expected to liaise with corporate partners at C-level.
· Excellent analytical and planning skills.
· The ability to manage small teams with the aim of growing them further.
· A high level of motivation, energy and be a high achiever
This role will be based from the company offices in the City (near Bank/Liverpool Street). It will require 3/4 days a week in the office and the remainder from home.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £80,000.00 per year
