We are a global IT consultancy currently seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Human Resources Professional to join our global management team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of helping to manage HR operations and developing HR strategies that align with business goals. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance. This position offers opportunities for professional development and growth within the company, with the chance to develop into a managerial role within a year.
Responsibilities:
- Help to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals
- Oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance
- Work with our in-house counsel to ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- Provide guidance and support to managers and colleagues on HR-related issues
- Manage employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- Develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Provide internal administrative support for processes and procedures for all global teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources management
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to remain organized while tracking multiple tasks across multiple workflows
- Agility and flexibility to support multiple teams in regions around the globe
- Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, Teams and Office Suite software (particularly Excel and Word) preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
