Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Human Resources Business Partner.
In this role, you will:
- Lead complex initiatives including those that are cross functional and have broad impact
- Act as key participant in large scale planning
- Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, large scale, and long term business challenges that require in depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
- Provide forward looking, strategic human resources consultation, resulting in comprehensive human capital strategies for a complex business or enterprise function
- Use understanding of business and enterprise goals to identify needs, opportunities, solutions and risks relating to human resources programs and services, workforce productivity and engagement, organizational design and performance, talent management, and diversity and inclusion
- Assess and consult on the impact of human capital strategies, make recommendations for adjustments or enhancements, and ensure execution of the human capital plan to achieve business and risk objectives
- Partner with executive and more experienced leaders to anticipate opportunities to influence and lead change that will improve individual, team and enterprise performance
- Embrace the Human Resources Operating Model by proactively and effectively collaborating with internal partners to positively influence outcomes
- Provide strategic consultation, partnership and metrics to senior business leaders on human capital matters, resulting in improved decision making and execution
- Collaborate with HR COEs on programs, activities and solutions that are aligned to the International and business strategies.
- Partner with the International/Regional DEI and executive teams to achieve DE&I agendas.
- Experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Consulting in a Business, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Strategic and innovative mindset: experience partnering with Senior Executives and their leadership teams, working as a trusted advisor, while continuing to effectively connect with employees at all levels of the organization and aligning to Enterprise expectations and policy.
- Strong financial markets business acumen: highly commercial focus with an ability to grasp key business drivers and consistently evaluate situations, proposals, and decisions in terms of business impact and HR strategy, and contribute with advice, influence, and execution
- Successful track record of building relationships: demonstrated capability in building and maintaining credible relationships through proven powerful communication and influencing skills. Possess the ability to quickly build trust, create open channels of communication and achieve collective buy-in.
- Demonstrable knowledge of European employment markets.
- Experience in end-to-end talent management: (acquire, develop, retain, deploy).
- Hybrid working model with the expectation of working a minimum of 3 days from the London office.
