Applications are invited for the post of Occupational Health and Wellbeing Admin Assistant, within the Human Resources Division, Occupational Health and Wellbeing Team based at Hutton Headquarters.
The purpose of this role is to undertake administrative duties within the Human Resources Department. HR Assistants will
be expected to work within any team within the department based on organisational need.
- This role is all about customer service. We are dealing with external candidates on a daily basis, so it is essential that we are polite, courteous, efficient and leave a positive lasting impression. We are also in contact with officers and staff who are absent from the organisation through sickness and looking for support and advice.
- The admin role will deal with internal and external enquiries by telephone, correspondence, or personal contact. They also liaise daily with Case management, Recruitment and individual line managers, as well as GP Surgery’s and Specialist consultants external to the organisation, as and when required.
- The admin assistants are responsible for the preparation of management information, producing medical reports, that are shared with managers and the Case management team. They will be expected to monitor a busy inbox, taking a pro-active approach to problem solving.
- They will also update, amend and maintain personal records, general files and computerised systems

Salary: £21,029.21-£25,353.00 per year
