We have fun. We have tons of integrity. We’re enthusiastic. We’re competitive. And we just get it done – whatever the challenge.

You’ll be a strategic thinker, a successful collaborator with a proven track record in delivering key people projects. You’ll thrive in a fast paced environment and be equipped with multi-site experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support, coach and develop the HR Advisor for your region
- Build strategic relationships across the business
- Provide expert employee relations advice on serious and complex cases
- Support our teams throughout their entire employee life-cycle.
- Lead on a variety of people projects including Reward, Wellbeing and DE&I
- Lead the Operations team on regional succession planning
What we’re looking for:
- You will have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to flex your communication style.
- The ability to be pro-active and adaptable while problem solving when required is essential.
- Have sound knowledge of employment law and employee relations procedures.
- You will have a strong and positive work ethic with the ability to prioritise your workload.
- Be confident to work with multiple stakeholders across multiple locations
What Five Guys will do for you:
- Bonus based on business performance.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Private healthcare & dentalcare (through Vitality)
- Life assurance – your family is part of our family.
- Five Guys Perks – employee discount program
- Participation in a pension scheme
- Access to wellbeing support and employee assistance programme (EAP)
- Long service award
- Enhanced maternity/paternity leave
- Excellent development opportunities
- Team building activities on yearly, quarterly and seasonal basis.
This role will be field based (mainly the South of the UK) with a mix of working from home, from our restaurants and our Support Office in London. As part of the role, you must be comfortable with UK wide travel as well as the occasional overnight stay & commuting to the Support Office in London around 3/4 times a month.
People who thrive in Five Guys share and demonstrate our values by being competitive, by being enthusiastic, having integrity and believe in the value of family. We prize getting things done and we’re all committed to the continued success and growth of Five Guys. If you think this all adds up to a great career move, apply today.
