Position: Part Time HR Assistant (working as needed to complete role recruitment)

Primary Responsibilities: Sourcing coaches via various channels and completing tasks that help with hiring procedures

About the Role:
As a HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide top-notch sports coaching to children in Northern Ireland. Your primary responsibility will be sourcing talented and enthusiastic coaches to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to understand staffing requirements and coaching roles needed.
- Place roles on various advertising avenues and follow up with zoom/phone calls and establish suitable candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate searches through the various platforms and channels.
- Screen and shortlist applicants based on qualifications, experience, and dedication to youth sports coaching.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments with the HR team and department managers.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new coaching hires.
- Maintain accurate records and organise HR documentation.

Requirements:

- Strong sporting network within Northern Ireland is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of organisational ability and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with HR software and recruitment platforms.
