At the time of the local office opening, employees and managers will partner to determine the work site location in line with our Flexible working policy (Remote, Full time in office, Less than 50% in office, and More than 50% in office).
This role resides within our HR Business Partner team in EMEA. In this role, you will report to the Director, HR Business Partner, based in London. You are excited to join a passionate, hardworking, inclusive, dedicated HRBP team and partnering with other HR centers of excellence as well as managers and employees. You have experience working with Global-based employees (main focus will be UK based employees, along with other European locations).

- You have broad experience with a comprehensive grasp of UK and EU employment law, while able to support a global team and understand the nuances.
- Also, the ability to help manage employee relations, and build positive relationships across our HR verticals (Rewards, Culture, Development, HRIS, Benefits, Recruiting teams).
- Additionally, you want to roll up your sleeves and move work forward!

- You are proficient in and Microsoft Office, goal driven, and a solution and action-oriented HR partner, as well as an effective collaborator and communicator.
- You are enthusiastic to help build Human Resources process and have the desire to continue to support our evolution and growth by working on project-based initiatives.
Your Next Challenge:
- Partners with HRBPs to align work and project focus with HR goals and priorities as well as initiatives of global functional business partners.
- Addresses and supports employee relations matters, including documentation, providing guidance to local managers on employee issues, tools and resources, and action plans. Partners with local HR Business Partners for complex matters.
- Participate in planning and facilitating of new hire orientation, onboarding process, and employee programs in partnership with the global HR team.
- Partner to support the Southern Europe region, including communications, answering employee questions, understanding local and regional needs, and connecting these needs back to the overall organization.
- Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization, and to improve employee experience
- Performs routine tasks and participates in workflow and processes related to performance management, benefits, employee relations, talent and workforce management, recognition, morale and training and development.
- Partners with HR centers of excellence (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Culture & Development, HR Business Partners) on workflows, process improvements, projects and solutions.
- Administers and coordinates global HR workflows, including immigration, relocation, leave of absence and others.
- Navigates, submits process tasks, pulls reports and analyzes data in the human capital management software system, Workday. Guide others, including HR team members, managers and employees in learning and using Workday.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory and changes in human resources and employment law.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
- Proficiency in Spanish, French and/or Italian a plus, not required.
What You Can Expect (Mental and Physical Demands):
- Frequent communication with others to exchange information.
- Frequent sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing; Time of each will vary.
- Constant operation of computer and frequent usage of other office machinery, including (but not limited to) calculator, copy machine, computer printer, etc.
- Frequent repetition of motions and gestures that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
