Come and join our team. We are looking for a talented person to join the HR Team supporting the Family and Specialist Services (FaSS) Division. This role will be permanent.
We are looking for people with a positive, proactive, inclusive, flexible, ‘can-do’ attitude; ideally you will have a good knowledge of employment law and strong experience of resolving people management queries and issues. We will expect you to be a positive role model for our values - ‘Everyone matters’, ‘Working together’, ‘Making a difference’ - and to promote best practice in people management. You should be CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards this qualification; this diverse role will allow you to further develop your people management skills in a supportive yet challenging environment.

Please note that this job role will require you to be on-site for at least one day a week.
1. To act as the first point of contact for all HR queries for their delegated area, redirecting queries appropriately where necessary within their HR Team.
2. To provide advice and assistance to the relevant Management Teams around the application of both local Policies and Procedures and national Terms and Conditions of service for both Agenda for Change and Medical and Dental employees.
3. To be responsible for ensuring that where new recruitment or financial changes are requested, that these are raised with the relevant Management Teams through the appropriate processes and that any queries related to these requests have been resolved prior to seeking Divisional Management Team’s approval.
