We think it’s one of the best roles going in the hospitality & leisure industry but let us tell you a little more so you can agree.
Your days could involve challenging our customers to a Shufl Board championship tournament, showing a 70 year old how to throw their first Axe (that’s right you can bring your grandparents) or showing a kids birthday party how to get a hole in one on our Crazier Golf! All this in our biggest site, our flagship venue in Oxford Street!
You’ll be the life of the party and the venue guru on all things Boom. You’ll know our gaming rules inside out and be able to explain them to anyone coming into our business.

WHO ARE WE?
XP Factory PLC completed the acquisition of Boom Battle Bar in December 2021.
We acquired the business at 5 venues (Norwich, Cardiff, Liverpool, Swindon & Lakeside) and we set out to dominate the UK and grow Boom Battle Bar from 5 venues to 28 venues in 2022, and continue our growth in 2023.
Boom Battle Bar is a competitive socialising gaming bar concept, and the heart of our venues are our bars – we love our cocktails on point, our lights dimmed low and our music loud enough for you to sing along to, without exposing your off-pitched voice - organised chaos!
