What is the role?
The Project Manager (Health, Safety & Compliance) plays a key role in improving Health and Safety in our customers’ homes and ensuring our properties meet regulatory and best practice requirements through the active management of compliance across all Bolton at Home properties.
Outcomes:
- Achieve improved health and safety compliance of Bolton at Home properties through the active tracking and monitoring of health and safety actions.
- Contribute to improving customer safety within their homes by ensuring properties meet health and safety legislation and best practice.
- Achieve improved health and safety data integrity within the business through effective reporting and management of KPIs.

All offers of employment will be made at the starting point of the relevant pay grade. Annual pay incremental rises will apply until the maximum increment point of the grade*.
