Job Summary:
The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to all 6 employees.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by conducting interviews, screening candidates, and reviewing resumes
- Process employee requests for changes to their job description and/or work schedule
- Assist in the onboarding process by gathering employee information, scheduling training, and facilitating employee orientation
- Some of the tasks including but not limited to:
- Processing change orders to current job descriptions and/or work schedules
- Assist in the onboarding process by gathering employee information, scheduling training, and facilitating employee orientation
- Assist in the processing of new hire paperwork (i.e., E-Verify) and supporting documentation (i.e., references)
- Assist with employee performance reviews as needed (i.e., performance reviews by mail)
- Other duties as assigned (i.e., other duties as assigned)
Skills and Qualifications:
·Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc.
·Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude to effectively communicate with co-workers, managers, and customers at all levels of the organisation.
·Excellent written communication skills (including spelling and grammar). Strong attention to detail is a must!
·Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
·Ability to work independently or as part of a team while also being able to provide support for other team members when necessary.
·High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 8 per week
Salary: £12.00-£16.00 per hour
