We’re looking for an excellent Recruitment Account Manager who’s energetic, fun, and interested in an exciting opportunity with an amazing company.
Contract: Full-Time role working from home.
We meet at our London office once a month. If you prefer to work from an office environment and London is close for you, you can work from the office whenever you like.
Hours: Flexible working hours working 4 or 5 days a week - whatever works best for you.
Salary: Base salary of £28,000 - £35,000 base salary (based on experience) and an uncapped commission structure.

Role purpose: This isn’t like your typical 360 Recruitment role where you need to source clients - this is already taken care of!
You will work closely with our Business Development Manager and Jobs Board team to source and place Managers in the care sector. You’ll have complete access to our jobs board on our website, where our team will literally place companies in front of you, so you can then go ahead and start filling the roles.
You’ll also build strong relationships with decision makers for care providers in all areas of the UK as well as selling the ethos, culture, beliefs and purpose of Healthworks to all care providers.
What we’re looking for;
- A Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Account Executive
- Someone who has an entrepreneurial flair who loves finding people their dream jobs.
- You enjoy connecting with people and supporting your clients.
- You’re naturally a likeable person who is looking for a successful career path.
- A proven sales person who is able to work in a commercial environment and has a history of meeting KPI’s in a sales environment. Ideally you will have a healthcare background, but this isn’t essential as we can train you on all things care related.
- You’re a positive person with an amazing outlook to building relationships with people. You’ll have an excellent telephone manner and thrive on converting leads into sales.
