Job description
We’re looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our team on a fixed term basis to help provide support to the wider HR Team. The role will involve responding to basic HR queries from employees and managers as well as being responsible for the accurate and timely production of employee documentation and maintenance of our HR system records.
What will your role look like?
- Responding to basic front-line HR queries from employees and managers, referring up to the HR Admin Team Leader, HR Advisor or HR Business Partner where necessary.
- Understanding and utilising our HR technology and platforms.
- Working with the HR Admin Team Leader to manage our new starter process including production of contracts, reference and back check out sourcing, HR systems file set up, liaising with new joiners in relation to queries where appropriate, induction planning and delivery, data entry.
- Ensuring correct processing of reward information by including submission of monthly changes to payroll team.
- Management of leaver process.
- Maintenance of HR system records, including processing Cascade requests (SPL, Maternity, Paternity, Flexible working) and preparing related correspondence to be reviewed by the HR Advisor or HR Business Partner.
- Processing invoices.
- Production of ad-hoc reports.
- Assisting HR Admin Team Leader, HR Advisors and Business Partners in the accurate completion of cyclical processes e.g. annual pay and bonus reviews.
- Uploading HR policies and processes to our intranet site as required and as advised by HR team.
- Support with some diary management and administration for wider team as required.
- Maintenance of HR team SharePoint site.
- Adhering to the firm's Information Security and GDPR standards, policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Demonstrable experience within an HR Administrator role, ideally within a professional services environment
- Strong Excel experience
