Hours: 22.5 hours per week. There are 2 positions available position 1 will work Mon-Friday 08:30-13:00 and position 2 will work Monday-Friday 12:30-17:00

The Role
A typical day for a receptionist in diagnostics is quite versatile in its daily tasks. They provide reception services and administrative support to the Almac Diagnostics team on the Craigavon site and provide remote administrative support to the US team. This includes meeting room management, completing the relevant paperwork for deliveries and booking courier collections that includes generating and printing export paperwork as required. They also direct incoming calls via the main switchboard and incorporate the use of the PA system to ensure all messages are communicated effectively. Additionally, they process and prepare internal mail for despatch and distribute to staff as necessary.
The role is customer facing and the receptionist greets customers/visitors and informs the host that they have arrived.

Key Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (or equivalent) and previous experience working on reception. Whilst not essential requirements, it would be beneficial if you had previous experience of diary management and previous experience of courier booking.
