HRIS Analyst
The Human Resources Information Systems Analyst provides support for the technical and business process needs of the HR department. The HRIS Analyst works closely with the HR department in the design and implementation of business processes as implemented through the HRIS system (Ceridian Dayforce HCM). Duties also include application administration, user support, ad hoc reporting, data integration, software updates, and testing. The HRIS Analyst will utilize skills in SQL Server, SSRS, and SSIS to provide solid technical support to the organization. This role requires extensive knowledge of HR systems, procedures, and practices. Knowledge of basic programming or scripting languages is a plus.

Your responsibilities as the HRIS Analyst will include:

  • Recommends process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, integration with process/business supporting systems external to the HRIS system, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation
  • Serves as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders
  • Uses project management skills in managing projects
  • May provide overall project management for a given HR initiative
  • Provides support for HRIS including, but not limited to, researching, and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results of process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
  • Writes, maintains, and supports a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools, including SSRS, Crystal Reports, and Transact-SQL
  • Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs
  • Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data
  • Assists in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS system upgrades or patches
  • Collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix
  • Maintains HRIS system tables
  • Documents process and results

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
