Job description
The HR Transformation Manager role will provide people partnering support and be a key change agent across several sub-functions within Group Product. The roles will act as the HR workstream lead on two large transformation programmes working between Sky and NBCUniversal (Comcast Group), looking at organisational design and change, culture and engagement. Please note we have a variety of permanent and FTC opportunities across Product, Tech and Data HR so accepting applications for all.
What You'll Do:
- Co-create and implement strategic people plans to deliver business outcomes
- Act as a local point of business expertise for CofE’s to help shape people products & services
- Challenge the business to ensure there is integrity in all of our people decisions
- Question and challenge senior business leaders to get to the root cause of business issues, and use this to effectively match CofE products to business issues
- Proactive talent management of the directorate, including finding opportunities for talent mobility across the organisation, succession planning and external talent pipelining
- Embed and achieve D&I ambitions through all people initiatives
- Role model and mentor our leaders to embed Leader Model and drive cultural change
- Embed appropriate banding, compensation and organisation change governance across the areas of the business aligned to consistent principles
- Seek impactful workforce data & insights to enable more effective business decisions
- Partner with leaders to create solutions which build a successful culture, in turn driving higher employee engagement and performance
- Act as overall lead for organisational change, focusing on organisational design good practice and the embedding of change
What You'll Bring:
- Experience of supporting large transformation programmes across matrix and global organisation
- Shown success in influencing senior business leaders, to adopt appropriate people strategies which enable business outcomes.
- The ability to seek and analyse data from multiple sources to get to the root cause of business issues, and use this to effectively match CoE products to business issues
- A broad understanding of different aspects of HR, including demonstrable experience of shaping people produces and services
- Demonstrable experience in creating and building robust people and culture plans to support business transformation and an engaged work force
- Experienced in leading organisational change, including organisational design good practice and embedding change
- The ability to work both alone and collaboratively, liaising with your peers in the Group HR team
