Our firm is seeking an experienced Human Resources Systems Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the HR Business Partner with day-to-day tasks and projects, including tracking and reporting employee information, on and off boarding and documenting processes. The ideal candidate for this position is a fast learner who has experience with human resources administration and can execute tasks quickly without direction.
Responsibilities:
- On and Off Boarding, drafting and collating offer letters and contract of employment via our internal systems.
- Obtaining relevant ID, checking all HR forms are signed and completed, issuing ID badges, background checks.
- Confirming resignations and conducting exit interviews.
- Maintain employee records and personnel files, and ensure that confidentiality guidelines are followed.
- Migrant Worker Checks
- Holiday and Absence Management, setting up holiday balances via our internal systems, monitoring absence levels, reporting daily LIVE absences to management, compiling monthly absence and staff turnover dashboards for Directors
- Administer and maintaining all company benefits, clocking in system, updating HR noticeboards and HR inbox,
- Organising of company and charity events, Long Service Awards, calculating colleague service entitlements, ordering trophies, certificates, vouchers and getting quotes and booking the venue.
- Annual update of HR forms - Medical Screening Forms, GDPR Compliance Forms, Emergency Contact Details, VDU.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 - 42 per week
Salary: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
