  • HR Systems Administrator

    Location – Homebased (with some travel to client sites required)

    Hours – Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 17:30pm

    As HR Systems Administrator you will act as the first point of contact for application suite users and will support our employees across the business units to access and use the application suite. You will be responsible for setting up new starter accounts and removing leaver access in a timely manner. Monitoring and maintaining the access levels of users and ensuring that user permissions are appropriately and accurately set.

    In addition, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues or where necessary escalating issues to the HR Projects Manager. You will be required to update system configuration settings using the provided administrator tool and in line with changing business requirements. This may involve creating new menu sets, security groups/roles, processes, views, filters, lookup lists, workflows, and tables.

    Our Ideal candidate will need to have:

    • Experience in support and configuration of HR applications (ideally SelectHR)
    • Information Systems Qualification (desirable)
    • Experience in a shared service function or for a business with multiple sites and TUPE
    • Analytical and problem solving skills
    • Ability to organise and work to deadlines
    • Able to prioritise and ensure tasks are done efficiently
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Intermediate level of MS Word, Excel and Outlook

    We’ll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job.

    You will be paid an annual salary of £22,500 with access to Apleona employee benefits that will be available to you as soon as you start.
