What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Chef or similar role in a fast paced kitchen environment Passion for serving mouth-watering dishes and homemade comfort foods. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Culinary knowledge and technique. Commitment to excellence, quality, and attention to detail in every dish. Responsibilities: Work alongside the kitchen team and Head Chef to consistently produce top-quality dishes Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and high levels of cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen. Ensure timely preparation and plating of dishes for service, coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring all equipment is maintained, cleaned, and stored properly.
