Role Overview
We are currently seeking a People Support Hub Partner to join our People Services team in Doncaster. The role is the first point of contact for employees and managers on all employment related matters. The role seeks to provide Wincanton colleagues with consistent and timely resolution of their HR queries whilst demonstrating first class customer service.
The People Support Hub Partner will be working with the wider HR Operations Team demonstrating creativity to identify and implement solutions to continuously enhance how we operate.
The role partners with the wider People Support Hub teams to ensure that a consistent service is provided to all our colleagues.
Shift pattern: Monday-Friday - Early shift: 8am-4pm. Middle Shifts: 9am-5pm and 10am-6pm. Late Shift: 12pm-8pm. We are offering flexibility to work remotely with this role.
Salary - £21962 annually
How will you contribute?
- Provide advice and guidance on People queries, policies, procedures, and systems to both colleagues and stakeholders to deliver a great employee experience.
- Provide 1 st line resolution to all queries and People related questions.
- Update and maintain the HRIS to ensure that colleagues data is up to date and accurate.
- Make sure that information and data is accurate and legal compliance is always maintained.
- Resolve people, process, and system queries via in house systems, phone lines and Microsoft Suite.
- Manage and priorities personal workload to agreed SLAs and KPI’s.
- Liaise with payroll and systems and solutions team to resolve colleague’s queries.
- Escalate queries and issues requiring further input or resolution.
- Identify where processes need to be streamlined or changed.
- Update processes, knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures where required.
- Provide generalist People administration support as required.
- Supporting and deputising for fellow people support hub teams when required
What will you bring?
- Experience of working at a similar level within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent IT skills and comfortable with working with multiple systems.
- Sound data interrogation skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to plan, priorities and meet deadlines.
- Great attention to detail; ensures precision and accuracy in tasks undertaken.
- Able to liaise effectively with peers to organise and share work priorities.
- A common sense and pragmatic approach.
- Has the desire to provide our colleagues with a great customer experience.
- A great team worker who will perform in line with our values.
- Ability to follow process, procedure but be able to make decisions to resolve issues whilst staying within legislation.
- Flexible and be able react to the business demands.
- Previous experience of HRIS preferred.
- Previous HR experience preferred.
- Customer Service Skills preferred
