Job description
- Hours: Monday to Friday between - 10 am to 7 pm
- Location: Sheffield
The role:
As a Call Handler you will be representing a well-known brand handling calls from customers. We are recruiting for an outbound campaign; however it is NO COLD CALLING!!
We are looking for enthusiastic people who enjoy the thrill of helping and are passionate about customer service.
Your daily duties as a Call Handler:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Having great product knowledge
- Dealing with any questions/queries
- Problem solving and solution finding
- Manage customer expectations
- Objection Handling
As a Call Handler you will have:

- Ability to build strong relationships
