Thermal Guardian is a leading company dedicated to helping homeowners become more energy-efficient. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Telesales Outbound Representative to join our team. This role comes with a BASIC + COMMISSION!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound telesales activities to engage with homeowners and promote our energy-efficient products.
- Utilize persuasive communication techniques to effectively articulate the benefits and features of our products, highlighting how they can improve energy savings, comfort, and sustainability.
- Identify and qualify leads through targeted prospecting, database management, and research.
- Build rapport with potential customers by actively listening to their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Maintain a high volume of outbound calls to achieve sales targets and generate qualified leads.
- Utilize the CRM system to accurately record customer interactions, update lead information, and manage follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified leads and ensure a smooth handover for further engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings in the market.
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies through training and self-development.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telesales or outbound sales, ideally in promoting energy-efficient products or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage potential customers over the phone.
- Strong persuasive skills, capable of articulating product benefits and features to generate interest and close sales.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up activities.
- Results-driven mindset with a positive attitude and resilience to handle objections and rejection.
- Passion for sustainability and energy efficiency is a plus.
