Your Role
As a HR Support Apprentice, you will be supported to achieve an NVQ Level 3 HR Support Qualification. You will gain the experience to become passionate about creating a great employee experience by supporting employees, managers, and the HR team in various HR-related administrative tasks. In addition, you have the chance to receive a deep focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
You will be performing the following tasks:
- Experience and learn the day-to-day function of our HR team and responsibilities

Create a highly professional and effective first point of contact for all internal customers for
several HR-related queries - Meet defined SLAs by providing accurate, consistent and timely services
- Acting as a strong link between several stakeholders to create an effective and good working relationship with all departments to meet the customer expectations
- Proactively forcing and leading continuous improvements by identifying HR-related issues
- Overall administrative support in processing HR-related tasks and responsibilities

We expect the following from you:
- Be able to attend online sessions with Uxbridge College 1 day a week
- Five A*-C or 9-4 grade GCSEs (Including Maths and English)
- Ability to work well under pressure with constantly changing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills combined with proficient expertise in MS Office
