An exciting opportunity has arisen for talentedundergraduate studentswho are seeking a Human Resources placement year.
These roles are fixed term for up to 12 months (subject to university placement criteria).You will currently be in your second year at university studying towards a human resources or business studies related degree and be required to undertake an industrial placement year.
The role is based in our corporate offices at Heatherwood Hospital, Ascot and you should be prepared to travel across all Trust sites and to external events (i.e., recruitment open days) as required. We support flexible working to help our staff balance their work and home responsibilities, which is why we offer a hybrid approach working both from our Ascot offices and at home.
You will work as part of the Human Resources team here at Frimley Health Foundation Trust and provide excellent administration and support across a wide range of HR activities.
