We’re looking for a HR Specialist - Turkish Speaker for one of the fastest-growing professional services companies in London!

Candidates with at-least 4 years experience in a different and relevant field with a genuine desire to learn and progress on the job will also be considered.
Responsibilities
- Manage international recruitment processes
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Interview candidates in person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive)
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
- Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
- Implement training and development plans
- Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
- Inform employees about additional benefits they are eligible for (e.g extra leave days)
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
- Maintain organisational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organisation
- Process employees' queries and respond in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labour legislation
Skills
MUST HAVE:
- 4+ Years experience in this field or a relevant field
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English and Turkish
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting process
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Excellent Team management, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Individual thinker
- Strong business judgment with a high level of pragmatism
- Ability to maintain discretion when needed
- Ability to prioritise and to tolerate ambiguity
- A rigorous and analytical approach to the different subjects, notably the planning process
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple parallel tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
