Required to work with group-wide and business unit use cases to help drive insights creation and develop use case hypotheses, communicates business needs/ requirements to development team and executes functional testing, help align on data meaning and quality, and metrics definition with the business.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Work across business and technical experts to specify requirements of data or analytics use case.
• Work with Product Owner to define scope.
• Attends all agile meetings (e.g., daily stand-up, sprint planning)
• Turn the output from analytical models into business actions by interfacing between functions and the analytics organization.
• Synthesize findings from multiple sources of insight, including analytical models, market research and sales team.
• Drive adoption in broader organization
• Spearhead the lower-level analytics & BI initiatives through self-serve data and tools; in some cases, be the primary users of analytics tools that are sourced from outside the organization.
• Supports the development team daily by fulfilling data requests, answering questions, providing guidance, etc.
• Talks to the business and users for specifications.
• Collaborates with the development team on at least a monthly basis

MINIMUM SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree (business, math, economics, finance, statistics, science, engineering).
• 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis (former top tier consultant preferred), or Product Management (Media / Technology).
• 2+ years' experience working in the distribution, logistics and/or supply chain industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communications skills - capable of developing well-structured communications and presentations, storytelling ability.
• Team oriented, goals oriented, and flexible with proven track record in collaborating with multiple stakeholders and driving results.
• Experience working with an agile methodology (e.g., SCRUM).
• Proven ability to effectively prioritize in a complex environment of shifting priorities, both technical and non-technical.
• Ability to communicate successfully with engineers, data scientists and businesspeople.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to influence others.
• Able to translate analytics concepts to the business.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $75k to $95k based on qualifications and experience. This role is also eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan with a target incentive of 12.5% of your base annual salary.
