You will be a part of the Human Resources team and report to the Senior Manager Human Resources responsible for the Northern Europe Region.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Partner with our in-house talent acquisition team to manage the end to end recruitment process from creating requisitions, interviewing and all documentation; driving standard work and process improvement.
- Work with managers to ensure strong onboarding is in place to deliver an outstanding experience to new hires.
- Partner with people leaders to drive key processes and initiatives including; talent management, development planning, annual performance process, engagement & diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Support employee relations as required including, performance management, disciplinary and investigation processes.
- Maintain and create up to date HR Policies and procedures, ensuring clear communication and training to managers and associates
- Responsible for ensuring Workday and other HR transactions are up to date and fully compliant
- Support Senior HR Manager and broader European HR team key HR Projects and initiatives
- Conduct data analysis and use data for decisions and problem solving
The essential requirements of the job include:
- An understanding of HR processes and UK employment legislation
- Previous experience in a fast-paced HR department
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with creating and delivering presentations
- High degree of confidentiality and diplomacy
- A team player with flexibility, willingness to learn and deal with ambiguity
- Experience with HR systems (ideally Workday), excel, powerpoint with strong analytical skills
This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement in which you can work part-time at the Company location identified above and part-time remotely from your home. Salary: £36,413.80-£65,297.65 per year
