Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of our human resources operations for our small services company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and be knowledgeable in all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local and national laws and regulations
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including creating job descriptions, posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Develop and manage employee compensation and benefits programs
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all HR-related documentation requirements
- Develop and implement employee engagement and retention programs
- Identify training and development needs and develop training programs for employees and managers
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee relations, including investigating and resolving employee complaints and grievances
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a small services company
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
